Nokia Email App

I've downloaded the Nokia Email app onto my E71 from the Nokia Download client, but it is having problems setting up my Gmail account. After entering in my email details, I get an error message saying

"We cannot set up this mobile email for an account with this e-mail service provider at this time"

Does anyone have any ideas? The app worked fine on my E51, and apart from getting the phone unlocked from Three (!) this is the only issue I have.

Any help appreciated.

Have you setup the account on mail.nokia.com ?

I never did when I used it on the E51 just a couple of months ago. Is that now necessary? Previously I downloaded the client via the Download App, added my email address and password and straight away my emails were arriving on my phone. Nice, simple and easy.

Is it now necessary to use that website to sign up first?
