PC Suite 7.0.9.2 does not recognise 5800 via USB cable

when I connect the USB cable to the phone and choose PC Suite mode, the phone does this fine but my laptop does not recognise that PC Suite is connected via USB.

I'm on firmware 11.

Anyone got any ideas?

Upgrade PC Suite. I think you need the latest version 7.1.18.0 to get the USB drivers for the 5800. I have that version and it's working fine.

well it worked for me. Re-install PC Suite and/or reboot your machine and re-try
