as soon as I try, opera says that it would be a good idea to change the permission settings
giving me instructions on how to do this
but I cannot follow them
becasue when I highlight opera mini, there is no option to change permissions
cannot download programs on Oper mini
Go to App.mgr, highlight Opera Mini there, and then Options > Open.
