Getting Fed Up with 5800

2 replies · 2,427 views · Started 13 March 2009

I am beginning to get really fed up with my 5800xm from T-Mobile.

1st it was a problem with not being able to install SW (resolved)

2nd the time issue (still unresolved)

3rd Now it has decided at random tells me the "themes" option is not installed! so I cant change themes

4th The music library will add new tracks but wont remove the old ones!

5th The full screen Qwerty option comes and goes at randowm (Unresolved)

WTF is going on? I each week it seems to bring me a new reason to keep hold of my OLD Sony Ericsson as I cant rely upon the 5800.

I had your number 3 problem (themes) - solved with a *#7780# - a bit of a pain but not as much of a pain as when I had to do a *#7370# before for the expired certificate problem.

Thanks Coffecat that sorted that problem for me too. But why do we have to go through this nonsense?
