My nokia 5800 is from England, red color. My firmware is 11.009!
I read many Nokia 5008 have already had the version 20.xxx!

I just got mine back from Nokia service today complete with v20 firmware. Quite why this is not being released to paying customers for the red UK handset is a mystery.
I thought that there was a higher version than this. My software only updates to 009 aswell. I want the 20.x version aswell. I think it's our providers that are not giving it to us until they are happy with something. What is there not to be happy with? We are paying them our money :tongue:
What new features can we get in this firmware we're missing out on?

I don't think so. My wife's was bought sim-free direct from the Nokia online shop and is stuck defiantly at v11.
