Orange Photo Problems

i got a problem with it.....how do i get it off my phone??

I can't get it off my phone, even though I changed product code and de-branded. The problem I was having was every time after I captured an image, I would get this silly pop up asking me if I wanted to upload the image. I'm not on Orange and it appeared that I would need to be to connect and de-select this option, but I found the settings I needed on the app.
