carphonewarehouse had them on PAYG for �199. can't remember what network
�250 from noki website last time i checked
cheapest is Heathrow T5, around �219
�199 in carphone warehouse but you need to purchase a �10 virgin top up...

They are all clearance though, so are refurbished phones, not new. You may not get all the usual contents in the box, the phone might have a few marks on it, and it may come in a box other than the original Nokia box.
Mobiles.co.uk are owned by Carphone Warehouse, so should be fine.
