Well my order didn't change status to 'shipped' until around 6pm. I remember ordering from them before and there being a later shipment on the same day. Either way it's going to arrive quicker than one from Nokia.
The quickest order I've ever received was from Dabs. Ordered at 8:45pm and it arrived 10am next day!
Yeah, Dabs are really good for deliveries.
Scan are another one. They send you a text when they ship your order.
How about this for customer service, pre-order The Sims 3 from Play.com, and it arrived a day before release!
Swapped my broadband provider from PlusNet to Be. Requires a BT bod to go to the exchange to swap a cable.
They said 18th June.
Today, guess what happened? Yup, exactly what they promised.
Scan.co.uk, Expansys.co.uk - Problem with the credit card? They advised me, allowed me to call Barclaycard, and they resubmitted the order.
Nokia are a joke and a laughing stock. I just hope that the phone is better than their store! I have never evern come across a more inadequately run, inept, useless operation as the Nokia shop.
I'd never ordered from them before but I'm pretty sure I won't order from them again. When I called to cancel my order she asked why. I told her expansys had the N97 in stock and would deliver next day, and she said I was the second person she'd spoken to today that had said that. Not surprising really.
Remember that although you lost your �75 discount you will get �30 of expansys vouchers so that's something a little more positive.
That's true. Im also making a formal complaint to Nokia (2nd one) and asking for some kind of compensation. Hell, even if it's only like a free case, or a free charger, something free... Perhaps a 16 Gig Micro SD Card, or �75 voucher for the Nokia online shop

So I have got an LLU line now with Be, upto 24 Meg (16 Meg at the mo) and actioned within a week.

Just an update my N97 black from Expansys has just arrived and is now charging. And contarty to the bulls*ht from the guy at Nokia it is a full uk version not a grey import
One thing of note you dont get the �30 voucher in the box, I rang Expansys and the lady says they are sent a code via email 14 days later

I ordered my N97 from Expansys yesterday morning and recieved it an hour ago. Can't wait to get home and get my hands on it! 😃

Yes the stylus is in there and the �20 vouched for the nokia music store

My N97 arrived at 7am this morning. I'm glad I wasn't the only one with no vouchers. Saves me a call to expansys. 😊
