Can someone check whether they can get call forwarding to work?

Hi! My N97 seems to have a fault with call forwarding. Could someone check if it's just me or a software fault. Basically, if you go through the menu to 'forward all calls' as soon as you get to the point of inputting a number, it jumps back to main menu! Is mine faulty, as I can't find a reference to this bug anywhere????

Check with your provider...with AT&T in the US you have to have this "feature" enabled on your account as the forwarding is done within their system, not by the phone itself.

If you do not have this feature enabled by your SIM settings, I can see why the menu would kick you out.

Thanks, yes it's enabled. Someone on the Nokia Discussions recommended I do a *#7780# reformat. Did that and it worked! Weird! :con?
