Just ordered my Casio colour watch camera from http//www.watch-heaven.com
WQV10D
The image software that comes with the Nokia allows you to transfer from the watch via Infra Red
I'm sure you'll get a discount if you mention my name "Rodney"
I'll upload some images when it arrives
I look forward to your review on this watch, so I too can buy one!

Hmmmm... DigiCam on your wrist... what can i say??? It must be heaven!!! especially around the ladies fitting room... heheheh...
In that case, make sure it's not on your busy hand, or the pictures could be quite disturbing (if not a little blurred)
Can you please show me when you have some pictures from the Casio? I want to buy it too but I don't think that it will have good resolution...
It's has poor resolution at 176x144...
Please e-mail me at [email protected][email protected] when you have the watch
Thank you

Cool.....Please do share your opinions.
The Casio pics the watch takes looks better than the crappy ones the bundled Matchbox camera from Concord does
(just look at my Pic of the moment for some kind of comparison).Or at least it cant be worse...So one might as well snap it to the wrist, If only it had an IR port..But i dosent ...DAMM...
But 80 pics ready to fire from the wrist..
That must be any photographers dream.
(I kow its one of mine...Go Go Gadget Camera)

Some good examples of what you do with the Casio WQV10.
Enjoy

You can beam the pictures from the WQv10 to the Nokia 9210 very quickly.
You select imaging/images via IR/Go and then set the Casio watch in send and it sends the current image in about 3 seconds....
Great fun, you can then email the results.....
The Casio works with the standard Nokia imaging application because it uses IR-TRAN-P which I believe is a "standard"
Cool

Hmmm....Thanx for straighten it up...
/me rushes down to hear his dealer of avaliblety in Denmark
I just bought a WQV-3D watch in Swansea for 100. (which I thought was cheap as chips since it costs 239 on some web sites).
It has a mono screen but takes colour pictures and yes, it works out of the box with my 9210 without any problems!!!!! it will never replace my Samsung Digital Camera, but it is very neat.
Here's a comparison of a dull scene (weather not too good at the moment), the first is a scaled down photo taken from a Samsung 350SE and the rest are taken with the Casio Wrist Camera in different modes;

The new model spoken of by the creator of this topic is likely to improve on the model I got......[ This Message was edited by TANKERx on 2002-04-28 1703 ]
