hi . pc suite for 7650 crashes everytime i try to back up my contacts i get the blue screen of death < or whatever you call it.
my phone is getting exchanged in morning for another one and desperatly need to back up contacts is there any other software i could use ?
the proble with pc suite comes when it tries loging onto outlook express

Why not try 'mark all' then send them as an e-mail attachment - then send e'm back again once you get your phone back.
You'll have to 'save business card' one at a time when you get them back - but it'll work and is quicker than re-typing.

I previously had a program that gets rid of the blue screens on windows 9x/me. But then you'll get x screens (where x the color you choose with the program to use instead of blue). Now i hate red screens 😃

ho do i do as you say mate ?
if i go to contacts and select mark all
then the only opion i have is delete /mark / unmark :/
You should have 'send' then 'Via e-mail'
Unless you have not setup an e-mail profile on your phone yet?
If so just do a quick search on these forums, there's plently of info on setting up e-mail.

i did have an email account set up . it was ther last night i used it but i installed that tv remote thing and it crashed my phone and now its gone .
