i have a 3650 and a 7650 both whit video program from nokia, but on the 7650 the video looks much better than on my 3650!!! is that normal? can it be the plastic tingy thats on the lens?

I'm not sure if its because of the plastic protector of the lens...
I've recorded using the Nokia Video Recorder and the result is fine and almost the same as the one I recorded in Nokia 7650. BTW, the plastic is also here ( I have not remove it)

It seems to me that �20 is a bit steep for a producst that you cant even test in a trial.
Having checked the user comments on the site, it seems the main issue is the lack of quality of the video so I wont be buying it until it gets better.
Maybe someone could post a link to a sample video from hipcam for people to check the quality against the nokia recorder ?

It works that way on the 7650 - besides, realone shrinks the playback screen to half the size and the videorecorder plays them back at full screen.
Stopid realone, I prefer Oplayo, can we delete Realone from a 3650??

ok i downloaded the update for the video recorder but everytime i try to play a video it says it has a system error! someone please help
You made something wrong,i installed it in my 3650s main memory and all is OK.
Sounds like you have the 1.34 firmware - get your phone flashed and it will work - in the meantime you can play them in RealOne.
Also it was 1.34 that was making Real automatically play the files - on 2.50 Video Recorder plays them back and in full screen.

Does anyone know where I can download the original video recorder software which shipped with the 3650??, I installed the updated one from the nokia website without realizing it would remove the first one, I thought I'd have a recorder with sound AND a recorder without sound, personally I think the picture quality is much better with the soundless recorder and want to roll back to it...
Just uninstall it then, and the original one will be restored 😊

I don't get it,how do you install it into your 3650???
Try searching the forum before asking such basic questions.Anyway,you can send the sis file or jar file to your phone via Bluetoot,IR,E-mail etc etc.
When the file arrives go to to your inbox,click on it and the instalation should start automaticly.The rest is history.
