Can i format my 7650 when it is off? i got this message " system error" but when i restart my phone cant inialize to system and it turn off, i need to format it but how? i cant turn in on.. .plsss helppppp

It's like asking to see a movie on tv with the tv off. No you can't. The only option you have is to send it to your nearest nokia service center

A trip to NSC (Nokia Service Centre) should fix your problem.
Nothing else you can do, if you cant turn the phone on.

have same problem!!!!

but what if i just remove the built-in rtc battery, wouldnt it "format" or reset the memory????

Unfortunately not. The memory is not ram but flash, which means that even with no power, the data remains. It's like a hard drive only with different technology.

if you remove the battery for more than 24 houre, maybe U will loose all data in the flash memory.
The nokia service guide says it takes 24 houres to loose all data from the flash memory.
If U get the battery in, it's a little charege to the memory. ( ALWAYS )
Find more datails about nokia 7650's memory, and poer control from the nokia's service manual. U can find it on the net somewhere.
I cant tell U where, because it is forbidden here.
