There is no solution, it is a serious probleme...Go to nokia...And wait for a month...

I got that message once. But when I restarted the phone it started normally.
Since I havent got that errormessage.
Dunno what caused then that error????

a friend tells me its a memory bug due to fw im not sure of my fw how can i check?

I had that once too while betatesting an app. And got it to start again,
by trying many times to power on (about 4). I think it was a autostart
feature which was a bit buggy.

I only once restarted the phone and since had none problems.
Yes it might be the autostart. I was using (then) non-final-version of the app and might be that autostart caused the error.

I had this message recently after filling my memory with FW 3.12, went to get it reflashed to FW 4.39 but it was too knackered, sent back to Nokia for an eternity!! Nightmare!

i�ve got some errors with contact service... (while beta-testing e-profiles)

What ii do was:

-wait a little after the error

-then i reboot it (with the powerbutton)

-wait again a minute

reboot.

most times it wake up like this,only once i have to reboot it 3 times.

I killed my phone 3 times, in the same way.
Active mail is the "beast" for my nokia...
After installing, it dies, and loses Flash memory. ( after reboot )
Nokia service can repair the phone, by useing a different docking/power supply for the phone. ( if they use the "original" docking station for the 7650, they cant flash the phone.....( Nokia rulez ..((( ) Only if they dismount the cover etc....
This procedure takes about 15 minutes only!!!!
Find a good nokia service near you. And do not wait weeks!!!!
You loose all the data of course.
Now i ve got 4.39, and working fine.
Nokia is great, bud rhe software developers can do me a fever......
The OS has NOT get any protection, any shitty program can kill the whole memory.......
Take care of unknown softwares, and memory overflow.

didnt work

i got an system error message then what i did was i took my sim card out and switched the phone on it was in flight mode then i formated the phone. i lost all my data but it was backed up in my computer. hope that helps...

i cant get into flight mode?

thx rolf, i gave my phone in to a nokia centra 10mins away from me and i can pickup tomorrow they sed they have the problem quite often and the new firmware should fix it 😊

all it's gone with a REFORMAT...

i recomendo you the REFORMAT if you still having the problem,
and don't go to NSC yet... you don't need to do that if the problem
it's gone with REFORMAT ( *#7370#)

The latest firmware out is 4.39, which is much faster than 3.xx.
I have 3.16 and it works well, though.
