S60 3rd Edition users might like to know that there's a new version 2.0 of Nokia's 'Here and Now' concept application available. It has a four-paned interface, with local weather, events, movies and restaurants. It's free and interesting, but note that the data sets aren't necessarily complete in your area and that all functions require clicking through to a mobile web page.

Doesn't work on N82, just says "Update error" when installing. I removed the previous version and tried again, but I get the same error.

It installed fully on my E71. The catch appears to be that I only live 11.37km from Luton (As Here and Now happily tells me). That would be fine if it wasn't that H&N appears to think Luton is the centre of the universe. Apologies to everyone that likes Luton but locally there is a lot elsewhere and Luton is the last place I would go.
Funnily, Stevenage with is multiplex cinema is nearer but does not get a mention. Has Nokia or whoever provides the information made deals with particular cinema chains to advertise them?
I installed it a long time ago on N82, and when today opening it says its 2.0 and now has the 4 panes.. how's that possible? Is it one of those mysterious WRT things or what? Or did somehow auto update on its own? Or am I just confused as usual. 😊
@jrmt, I also have N82 and got same update error even when I had previously removed older version.
Then I looked into App Manager and Here&Now was still there. I uninstalled it. Then I allowed me to install. Then I tried opening , i gave connect error. I had to restart to get it working finally.
@viipottaja, I also noticed same thing, may be, they did server side update !!!
Are there any informations about Poland and polish events?
