An arcade game – and and ol' fashioned up-the-screen 2D shoot-em-up at that. On a touch screen. Surely this is as big a folly as “Can you fly the Spruce Goose across the Atlantic?” So onto Skyforce Reloaded, the almost franchise-like arcade game that's on every mobile platform, and which now makes its way to S60 5th Editon. But how does it work on devices like the 5800, which have no physical keys? Find out in Ewan's review.

The best and most significant thing about this product:
Its not Java Sh!te with little to no gameplay from C64 days..
Definitely one of the best I have seen on the S60V5 platform by FAR
When you say super gun, i assume you mean the laser. If yes, your review says you have to tap the bottom right part of the screen. The screen shot shows a 'X' there. Confusing...
I must admit though that this is one of the best games I have played on my phones. Although, when I used to play it on my n93, the graphics seemed to be sharper, but some things appear a bit pixelated in your screenshots. Is it because of the lack of the graphics chip? If you have the Omnia HD, could you try it there and check if the effect is the same?
Left not right... 😊 ... I'll tweak the text now.
Where did you all find the game? The links just lead to the 3rd Edition version.
ditto, clickgamer only has S60v1 and S60v3 versions. WTF?
It's on OviStore (it says something about the state of the store that it's the last place people think of looking!)
There's a free demo that gives you the first level. Seems pretty well adapted to touch screen, worked nicely on my N97.
Sadly it's a direct port. It doesn't support the 16:9 screen of s60v5 therefore the game will look smaller.
So when it comes to games like soccer with complex control, how do you go about it without a physical keyboard?

Ah, thanks for that. Sadly I have yet to manage to unlock OviStore for my i8910:frown: I'll just have to keep an eye on ClickGames.
