i am due again for an upgrade from t mobile and have not done so as i cannot decide which phone i want. i have stuck with my trusted N95 for many years.

phones up for consideration are
N97 mini .5800xm. N900
bearing in mind N900 probaly wont be available to me just yet on contract and that is still has things missing
so can someone give me there honest opinion on which they would do,for they both look nice and both have somethings missing and both have good and bad specs, only gonna keep it for a few years until nokia get the ultimate phone yeah right in a few years time lol

According to terms , I made the following list :
- Price/Quality : 5800
- Fysical Keypad : N97 m + c , N900
- FM Transmitter : N97 c , N900
- Computing/Web : N900
- Speakers : 5800
- Screen : N900
- Camera : N86 , SS i8910 , SE Satio
- Calls/SMS : N97 m + c , N900

Correct me , when I am wrong .....

I am seriously tempted by the N900 myself. Only thing that's stopping me is that there doesn't seem to be any difference in hardware features from my N97. Not thought of straying in to the Android market? The SonyEricsson X10 looks tempting when that comes out.

just looked on t mobile site if i wanted a phone soon and free then 5800 chrome is free for my plan if i was to have it new , dont know how much for upgrade yet, they only do n97 for 75 a month not paying that ,they dont do n97 mini yet but going by the other one that would be expensive as well, and i really like the N900 but they dont do that and that would be really expensive and want to wait to see if they will iron out any problems they will have with it and by then there will yet another to take its place, im a gadget freek i would buy them all if i could lol, so i have either got to get 5800 or buy simfree n97 mini unless its cheap as an upgrade doubt it tho. and i really want N900 but i can wait another year or so for something along those lines when they get it right. thanks my N95 has been great but i want another phone now

Are you stuck to your T-Mobile subscription ?
If they don't offer your wanted device , go and buy it SIM-free . A so called free phone is on credit anyway and is stuck to your provider by software (e.g. T-Mobile Candies) .
Check the prices for a SIM-only subscription + a SIM-free Phone won't cost a lot more in the long run . And won't get stuck to provider goodies , including long waiting for firmware-updates
Expansys sells the N900 for E 560 here , SIM-free .
