N86 Brownish Tone Images taken

sometimes when I take pictures, the colors get brownish tone,
Dont you know where could be the problem?

I reckon there's a problem in your sensor, but how come the second image if ok?
Lens Flare?
Quite strange though.

I think, it depends on light intensity. couldnt new firmware solve this?
