Hi all, i cannot focus when i am taking a picture. When its set on Auto Mode, the image is blurred. The autofocus mechanism doesn't work. Very often, the camera app would freeze and this message would appear "unexpected error, please restart phone". The lens remain open even when i close the cover. It doesn't make the whirring sound when it focuses!!! Please help me.
I don't want to bring it to NCC, they take too long. Up to four weeks!!

The only thing I can suggest is a firmware update via Nokia Software Updater - though it does sound more like a hardware fault rather than a software issue. Might just have to a be a replace/repair job :/
dude me too having the same problem..
the auto focusing mechanism is not working...
internal shutter closes automatically wen i tok a pic with flash light...
i thought its my fone's fault.....
if u solve d problem..plz help me too.............
