If you open the lid of your 9210, and look closely atthe hinge, just to the left of the printed Nokia logo, you will see the ribbon cable which connects the screen to the base. Does yours have a silver cover or is the wide, flat, dark orange cable exposed?

I've just opened mine up and i'm wondering if i've not put it back together right, as i don't remember seeing it before. The lid also makes a 'crreking' sound when it is opened or closed, which it didnt before.

Hmmmm...
