I think i read somewhere tht the target market of this phone is for women/girls, is this true and wotu lot think? Hopefuly it aint cos im a guy myself and im tihnkin of gettin this phone

Yeah, this big boy is defo a mans phone!
Is that a 3650 in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me! 😉

Do you really think there are a lot of girls who want Bluetooth, MMC support, Symbian, etc. in their handy ?? I think its more for the techie-guys... 😃

sorry girls..it wasn't my intention to diss you 8)

It is for kids, this is for sure. I don't like it's style, it's keyboard...almost everything, unless we spreak for the inside. If only there was a 7650 with mmc...

Showed the wife my 3650 playing a video of the latest news headlines, using Oplayo and 'myVideo' playlist.

Totally un-impressed, "whys that so good when I can just turn the telly on?"

Ahh - but what if your in the middle of nowhere and stuck up a mountain, where's your telly now?

If I were in the middle of nowhere and stuck up a mountain I would not care less for the latest news headlines!

Women ehh... they will never understand 😉

A nice clamshell phone with built in make up mirror on the flip and retractable blusher brush where the stylus should go and powder under the keyboard and Nokia would be on to a winner!!

What I've read somewhere ~lol~ that the target is young but they are surprise to find out that oldies purchased 3650  ... well, young-at-heart 😃 😉

3650 is cool because of its MMC slot.

I am almost 40, and I have bought it 😉 And I am not female either, hehe. Seems I am all wrong then, haha!

well, the 3650 can't fit into a pocket/space longer/bigger than 10cm
can let you listen to FM radio

both phones are aimed at different markets and can't be compared - simple as that.

Euan, you waited so long for the 3650, its a shame you didnt waited longer. The 3650 is great, you know it has much better functions then 7250. Oh well, enjoy your 7250.
PS. Do you know why nokia3650.net is down??

i see now, just out of interest can u download ur own programs and vids on 7210 and 7250? cos i still aint decided which phone 2buy

well, i saw both the 3650 and 7250 and could have bought either on sunday. i got to play with the 3650 first. then out of curiosity i asked to see the 7250 - i was blown away (that is my honest reaction). the phone is soooo compact and so light and IMO is more stylish/modern. don't get me wrong, the 3650 is a superb phone but having seen the 7250 it suited me better. there are pros and cons of both.

both have cams, are colour, polyphonic ringtones, phonebooks
3650 has bluetooth, video, series 60
7250 is more comptact, lighter, Stereo FM radio

from my point of view, for me personally the design of the 7250 suites me more - more modern, stylish and compact however the 3650 design intriuges me and i like it.

the functions are better (most) on the 3650 - there are more. it runs of series 60 and that is one downer to the 7250.

basically, when getting a phone, u need to get the one that suits u and the inital impact of seeing/playing with a phone can seal it. just like what happened with me. however, i do like the design on the 6220 coming out l8r this year. i'll not get it. the next phone i buy i hope will have WiFi!

about the 3650 forums... we overdid the bandwidth. currently getting it sorted. sorry for any problems.

not sure. the 7250 (well mine) has over 5Mb of storage space. u can install any java apps. not sure about anything else. the 7210 keyboard is very hard to get use to. the 7250 is good. plus the 7250 has the nokia pop-port thingy!
Ok, thnx for your reaction.
not a problem. i still think the 3650 is a great phone but for me i prefer the 7250 having seen it int he flesh. fair enough, u may not be able to put as much on it but i really thought - how much would i really use it?

i was always cautious of the 7250, had seen it on the net but not in person. it's a very neat little phone and (no offence to any 3650 users in anyway) but is a more modern, professional (as in for professional people), design if u know what i mean

the pics are around 328x200 somthing pixels. not yet transferred any to my PC - need to get it set up.

one additional thing that is good on the 7250 is the loudspeaker - makes answering calls good if driving, on computer, etc.

Bit of a cheek I know but what network are you on - could you MMS me one, I'm T-Mobile....

If not don't worry 😊

Best

Will

i am on vodafone (previously t-mobile) but got fed up waiting for t-mobile plus got an excellent deal on the 7250 with vodafone. in addition, 7250 is JUST out.

http://mobile.burn.com/review.jsp?Id=252 - a good review. note that it's the editor who does the review and his conclusion (bluetooth ommitted) is that the 7250 is the best phone camera on the market!

the reviews also got loads of pics taken with the cam!

If this phone has a mirror and powder and has an eyeliner stylus, then maybe this is the phone that WILLBRADY is describing. My wife would love it.
the phone's aimed at the youth market - 18-34.
<sigh> well what happens if ur younger than that?! 😃 does that mean you cant have it?? lol, im younger than that and have a 9210i.... o well, i dont have long to go until im a 'youth' 😃
