If you want to copy/paste text, yes there is. Press the "ABC" button, hold it down, and move the joystick left/right to mark the text. While holding the joystick down there should be the options copy and paste available via the 2 softkeys. This function works everywhere you can enter text.
Btw the clipboard data is stored in D:\system\Data\Clpboard.cbd

There is an alternative way. Press and hold the abc key and mark the text you want to copy or cut. After that release the abc button and then press it. From the menu choose what you want to do (copy/cut). Then if you press once the abc button you will notice there is a paste option. Also notice that the abc button is not the "2" button but the button above the "1" on the keyboard...

I definitely need to find an Engish manual.

I think you can find one on the nokia site in pdf format. You may also find it on the pc suite installation cd. Many stuff (like this copy/cut and past) were not even mentioned on my greek 7650 manual, i found them myself.
