is it not posible to make an app that would let you delete stuff from the z: drive, so that you for example could delete all the ringtones you don't use?

It's not possible - Z:\ is ROM - Read Only Memory.

We can only read files on Z:\, we cannot write or delete them.

I whish I can delete mixpix and snake[/quote]

Why would you want to do that? You'd only free space on Drive Z that you can't use anyway for anything else. You can however delete the created games by going into mixpix selecting options and delete. This way you free the space used in c:\Nokia\Games\mixpix.

The same goes for deleting ringtones on Drive z. They are not occupying any space on your usable memory.

does deleting the defualt game of mixpic save much memory? and what about the picture that gets displayed when you win the game? of the bees? does that save anything if deleted?

If I can delete mixpix or snake ex it means that I can install some apps into drive z 😉
but I cannot

The mixpix default is about 25k if I remember correctly. The pictures are stored in images and can be deleted without affecting the actual mixpix game. Size is 5-15kb

Talking about thoughts and the z drive it would be great if nokia made a cooperation with some software companies so we could make a firmware upgrade to our 7650 on a small fee and also have installed that way some third party's (chosen by the user) programs on the z drive. And surely all this on a fee. I think t-mobile has done that with trigenix built in...
