hello Again peoples.
I have a E7, and we have a rotating on call schedule. (its my turn this week.)
We had a major outage last night, and I was planning on tracking the outage by looking at the phone logs. (Our customers call in to our company and then press 8 and get forwarded to the on-call person).
so they all come in from the same number. and Symbian NOW just records the most recent time. I can't figure out for the life of me how to get a detailed report of the Calls I have taken.
Any Assist would be good.
