on the preview screen the 3650 is like shit!!! it's like the screen hs been ataacked by thousand "ants"!!!
but when you click or pressed the capture button, the screen will be better a litle bit , but in my opinion, the 7650 screen is much more better.
I don't know wheter my 3650 faulty or is it meant to be like that.

played with 2 3650's and 3-4 7650's and have never seen differences between the phones like you are talking about.
Sure - preview on the screen before taking pix can be 'grainy' if there is not much light - but the 7650 is exactly the same???
It all depends on the light levels, in daylight you should not see this grainyness - or ants 😊

Looks the same to me - honestly.
As I said before firmware 2.50 does have the contrast up too high compaired to previous versions, but you can change this and in my opinion it they looks exactly the same as all the 7650's I've played with.
Why not go into a store and ask to take a look.

And I play with these phones all day, everyday, 7 day a week since the 7650 was first launched in the UK - and had the 3650 since the chinese one was first launched earlier in the year.

hmmm i just replace my 3650 and still the preview screen is full of ants!!! it's on dimly lit room, where my 7650 preview screen is much more clearer, and WAIT ANOTHER IMPORTANT THINGS!!!! LOOK AT THIS LINK!!!!

It seems to me that nokia has f****d up the newest firmware. 3650 should have better image quality than 7650 unless it wants to downgrade the quality through firmware upgrades and keep the 7650 sales up. Sounds lunatic, but you never know with nokia... Hope not.

If i turn all the lights off and look at the view its got "ants" lol where as 7650 is just black but the photo it takes makes out the dakr that slight bit better than 7650.... in normal lighting its fine... if you want to take a photo in a dark room buy a camera with a flash - its a phone not a 5,000� camera 😊

heres how it is-
say thers a black surface like a black shirt i could see green spot lik things on there...? ne1 else seen this and also i dont tihnk it was like this on the 7650?

The 7650 is exactly the same - no differnece here, take the picture and the 'ants' as you call them will go - it just the preview mode it's always been this way, no surprise there, it does not mean the camera is crap, look at any low end digital camera and you'll see the same, the pix come out perfectly thou..

Uh, I just got a chance to check out first hand the difference between images taken with 7650 vs my 3650.. downloaded images that is, not the preview screen ones.
There is a HUGE difference.. I don't know if he broke his or if it's faulty, but the image quality is simply CRAP.
ah well will if u say tht its the same as 7650 then i dont mind but for some reason on screen i dont remember see'in it on the 7650 neway its ok thts cool cos im quite happy wiv 7650 quality and i knw 3650 is better when captured.....
also the geezer who posted above me (ApaKaka) which pic quality is crap?
