i tried to oppen MSG its was comperssed by PSINT Spacedouble and its stuck in the middel and the whole phone stuck ,i coudnt do any shit,no restart nothing ,the only thing that i could do is to take out the battery out and the put it back.
after that i tried to restart ,the NOKIA logo came out , small window came out telling me PHONE STARTUP FAILED PLEASE CONTACT RETAILER
i tried to take out the sim,the MMC ,on off.the phone died ,
and when i plug in the charger it saiy PHONE STARTUP FAILED PLEASE CONTACT RETAILER and the phone doesnt charge,
any one knows what happened ,does someone got the same problem ?
i am gonna take it back tomorow to the shop(i have 2 years garantie)

Do what the phone asks. Take it back to retailer. You might want to take it to your local Nokia Service Centre to see if they can fix it (free of charge if under warranty). If they can't then just go back to retailer and demand another one.

the only tihng i was wondering is how have u got a 2 years warentee?? doesnt it just come with one years?.. also if its manufacturers tht often means they wont cover u for software faults so jus be aware.....but otherwise yea jus take it back 😊
i am in germany we have garentie 2 years on every electrical stuff (law)
so i dunno i will send it tomorow the shop where i bought,

Try a safe mode boot before you take it to retailer. Press and keep holding the pencil key while you turn on the phone. Hold for about 30 seconds, it might bypass corrupted files it tries to run on startup.
i already gave it back to nokia ,and they will try to flashe it tomorow,if it didnt work i will get new one, i will mail you guy about the new things that will happened with me
