how do i get it back?, and i wonder how it was taken off my phone...anybody have any ideas?.....i've looked under images, and it's not there...any help would be appreciated, thanks😊
somehow i lost my original t-mobile wallpaper, how do i....
When I bought my phone it came with an image in the background. that same image was in my "Images" folder. there's a "backup" of that folder in Z:\Nokia\Images. there should be a backup of the .mbm file somewhere in that same drive...
you could always format your phone's memory... that should do the trick... =\\
yea actauly i cant find it there thogh... can some1 post it maybe....
i think the phone somehow deleted it....i was trying to download new wallpaper, maybe that messed up my original wallpaper somehow...., where is exactly the z drive,.....i've looked under the nokia pc suite, and in back up folder, has alll the images i've taken, but not the original wallpaper image that came with the phone....so weird, ....and i know i didnt delete it myself.
Download FExplorer v1.10 by Domi (search the forum) and you can go 'behind' the 3650 interface and search the Z: drive. The .mbm file should be in there somewhere.

Yep I think it deletes it when you change it - My phone recently whacked out so I had to to a hardware reset... I installed Fexplorer and found the original wallpaper and made a copy of it 😊

Your phone would really have to "whack out" in order to delete the original wallpaper. It would really have to delete all the contents of its read-only memory (ROM). That's what the Z: drive is. In other words doubt that it would still function after such a whack out. Really get Domi's FExplorer and do a search on the Z: drive for *.mbm Note thought that it will find more then a few mbm files and not all of them can be opened and most of them are not pics. So look for the one that you want, copy it to your images folder (wherever you keep those) rename it to a jpg so it opens correctly (the mbm will open and then try to resize the image so it looks strange).

So mbm files are automaticly resized and can be renamed to jpg's to prevent that? good to know! or did I misunderstand that part?
Since resetting my phone I haven't replaced the original wallpaper, I've got FExplorer and have no doubt that what you say is correct- I have already found the .mbm file and copied to my images in case it did get deleted - Which you've enlightened us that it won't or can't 😉
