At least the price at Handango seems to be cheaper than at Club Nokia. So there is really no use of it! :roll:

I'm still not buying it, although I like golf. Let's see if there will be new / more courses soon. Then I might reconsider. I bought Snowboarding and that really rocks. I rather get some other applications first!
I actually HATE the game of golf...its the only game in the world where you whack a ball, then have to go and fetch it yourself!
And why waste a day chasing a little white ball called "goddammit!" all over the place? 😃
I do enjoy playing it on the PC/phone, however!

I have now emailed two individuals at handango (gary and seth), cs@handango, and used their web customer service page to try and get this issue resolved, and NOTHING! No call back, no response, NOTHING!

Key / full version are based on your IMEI code 😞 So you have to continue fighting with Handango!
Well, after not hearing anything from Handango, I have gone ahead and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
It SUCKS doing that, but MAN! what's a man got to do to get a game around here?

When software that requires activation of any sort is bought from Handango, the responsibility usually lies with the developer to unlock your purchase. Apart from the confirmation of purchase, the next I hear regarding a purchase is from the developer.
This can take some time. When I first came to this scene, I almost made some real enemies with developers by shouting at them for not getting my unlock code to me within a few days, but that's just how long it can take.
TANKERx -> I did also email RAGE software's support, explaining the same thing. I am hoping they will be the ones to fix this for me.
Dazler -> Yep, I did Rayman...that played REALLY good, with good background sounds that created a great mood for the different levels.
Well, I got a response back from a CS person at handango finally!
The email they replied to is the one I wrote on their web request for assistance.
They asked me to send them my IMEI number, and they would send me the code (so no change in how they secure their software).
Of course, they email me the request at 4:50pm CST, and they all go home at 5pm, so no golfy-golfy for me this weekend! :x :cry: :x
UPDATE: I just got an email back with an unlock code!

Well, a weekend of playing later, I think it was worth the hassle!
I did figure out the weather thing...you have to play as a PRO for the wind to kick in. When playing as PRO, the top left hand corner of the screen will display a meter and an arrow. The meter will display the strength of the wind, while the arrow will display the direction. I did not personally see the wind affect the ball unless the wind was gusting at full speed.
Whoa! Other than the links supplied by Dazler in this forum, golf and snowboarding have disappeared again from Handango.
