Installation
-------------
1. Unzip all files into C:\EYECON\. If you already have the old EYECON program installed, DO NOT remove it!!! Simply copy over the new files and when prompted to overwrite, click "YES". NOTE: you may experience upside-down videos if you have the old NUB codec installed. Remove it before installing the new EYECON. You can do this via Control Panel's "Add/Remove Program" option.

2. Right-click on the NUB2.INF file and choose "Install" from the popup menu.

3. Go to the "Start" menu and choose "Run". Type the following command:
regsvr32 c:\eyecon\hcnubsrc.ax

Usage
-------
Remains the same as the old one. Using command line you'd type:
C:\EYECON\eyecon myvideo.eye myvideo.avi

or, of course, you can use the included GUI program. In case you get an error using it, try copy both the EYE and EAR files into the C:\EYECON directory and convert from there.

i have follow all the above procedure, but my avi video still upside down and the colour is very stange.. what can i do? please help me... plisss...

my eyecon file is:
1. EyeCon GUI.exe
2. EyeCon.exe
3. hcnubsrc.ax
4. NuB2.dll
5. NuB2.inf
6. nubinst.exe
7. readme_en.txt
8. SETUP.BAT

and one folder name "OCX" which contain file:
1. comdlg32.ocx

after convert, my avi file is upside down and the colour is so strange, please reply me... thanks for your help.

as for me I resize with VidcropPRO
