I am new to this ball game! I have a 6600 and have forgotten what I used as the lock code. How do I reset it with out having to send it away?
I have done a format on the handset. Any ideas?????

When I try to put in 12345 it says "Lock code entered incorrectly 5 times. Code will ublock in five minutes."

Hi,

I have tried by putting *#7370925538# after putting this it is prompted to Code, then I am entering 12345 "code error" I am getting this message.

Kindly help to open the wallet.

For 6600 users, to format the fone, there is an alternative way. Press and hold <3>, <*> and Call (Send) buttons, then power on fone, keep holding on the 3 buttons, till u come to a format screen. This method ONLY works on 6600, and need not enter the sec code. BUT sec code would be reset to default 12345.

Works Fine 😊 I have Nokia 6600 latest version of software version.
Formating in 1 minutes.

Only application from Card remain intact 😊

REMEMBER:
1. POWER OFF
2. Hold 3 butoons: button " 3 " and " * " and " Send " (green)
3. POWER ON Button - 3 buttons remain hold
4. On screen appear "Formating... "
5. Leave 3 buttons and waiting :P

I have forgotton the original phone settings reset password of nokia 6600 , unable to format / reset the settings of phone....can u help me in this case??? I know u r champ & can do it :icon14:

hi frds.. i need one help... i format my phone. format is done successfully ... after that format is over i set the data and time.. and next menu appear enter the memory lock code... i am sorry i have forget it... any frds can help to rectify that code .... pls do not reply that....12345 i have try it... so pls give some more

I havent used the phone for about 8 months now and I need to acess information that I had in the memo section of the phone. My problem is that I cant remember the security code that I set. I need to know if there is a way to reset the code without deleting information that I have stored on the phone. Please help. thank you in advance. My IMEI is 353384/00/020207/8

Nobody helped me but I found the cure for my problem. For anyone who has the same problem and doesnt want to lose their stuff from the phone goto mastercode.nokiafree.org and you can get what you need there. Good luck

Hey guys i need help here..

Mine is Nokia N70 and recently i get my phone software updated using the Software Updater i downloaded from the Nokia website..but then it is the beginning of my trouble..

I've been facing trouble for my message system.When my friend sent me a message,my phone showed me his number instead of his name although i set his number already in my phone book.My question is there any way to solve this problem?I need any specific settings or can i revert back my software?
