Do Ximplify offer an upgrade - or do you have to buy a whole new version?

what the heck! i downloaded it and installed, but i can't make it work! i get the notice that the trial version of 14 days has expired but how can that be when i didn't even use it!! duuhhh???

If you've used an old version of Seleq, it will remember how long you used that for, then subtract that from the amount of days you can use the new version for. i.e. if you used the last version for 14 days, you won't be able to use this version at all! 😞

small warning if you have the complete 1.20i version.. it will NOT see that you already registred...so it gives a warning.. trial period ended..please register..

in mail from ximplify, it says

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please make sure you have the License Key available before upgrading to
version 1.50i. You will be asked to key-in the License Key immediately
after upgrading. If you fail to do so, SeleQ will EXPIRE immediately.

If you have lost or misplaced your License Key, you can request it by
sending your IMEI code or Serial Number to [email protected]

Well guys, after doing a two year scientific research, and writing three novels about your question, i later searched in Ask Jeeves and come to this conclusion:

The best app for the 7650 got better! AND THE UPGADE IS FREE!!!

Yes, it is free. It accepted the key I got when I purchased version 1.10.
And I'm more than happy for the excellent support and free upgrades.
But doesn't anybody worry about the size of it? It keeps growing bigger and bigger, now almost 400k ! That's a bit big for the 7650. I have already sent mail to [email protected] suggesting they consider loking for possible code optimizations so that they can keep the size as small as possible.
Otherwise, could you imagine the size of version e.g. 3.5 in several months? :crazyeyes:

yup, you have a point. but i take as the size increase is necessary and called for to improve functionality.

I think they might do well to offer SeleQ lite.

i.e. less features and a smaller size. Perhaps for a smaller regitstration fee.

ingenius rafe! and i say very feasible too. one concern though, can we, those with version 1.5i, can get that? possibly a downgrade??? :-? of course something like that will come out lower in price but i dont min. a downgrade will be perfect!

i just hope this version (calling ximplify) will still include setting wallpaper and oplogo! 😃

Sinister, yes you can make your own Animated Gifs. I had made a search on Google (before i saw ur posts 😞 hence no links..sorry 😞 ), and there are lot many sites that have instructions and guides. May be you can give them a try. (You might also want to add Avatars gifs to ur seach for better and precise results )

It seems to look at the log. I have'nt reached the expiry date yet and when i install this new version, it says it has expire already, no matter how many time I reinstall it's useless.

thanks for all your responses, but i think, Sinister, he's my cousin, was just asking about the new function of seleQ - built-in animated gif viewer - a couple of typo errors gave the question a different meaning, plus he wasnt able to ask me! LOL! 😃

cous, this new feature i think can now allow you to view animated gifs on the 7650 - which it can't do before. like for example your avatar, if you send it to the phone, it can view that m&m dancing like crazy shit! hehe!

anybody please feel free to correct me if im wrong! 😃

yes u r right and also if u want to use this feature u must view the GIF picture from the seleq itself if u just open it from Images the loop just once

As I've already said I 've bought and use SeleQ. If you only need the animation part, though, there is a tiny program called AniViewer which does the job and is freeware.
