no, i already using the latest version, 0,98
and when i go to the sdoubler i cant find the icon for the rallyx there, anymore ???
so ijust delete them manually using seleQ and re install it again
i think this is still a bug even in the latest soft version.

dun wotty mate :P it's still under warranty though :P heheh

I think we all understand that "jprz" != "jpzr". Anyway, it doesn't make sense, wanting to immitate someone who's featured on The Register's 'Flame of the Week' 😃
IMITATION IS THE BEST KIND OF FLATTERY

.... user "jprz" tries to pretend to be me - the real "jpzr" - but he is just a little boy with little ego - I know who he is.

so please keep in mind: "jprz" is just a fake, a reflection of real "jpzr" - ME.
This is not a fake, and I don't want to be compared with that guy who was The Register's 'Flame of the Week'. 😃 Believe it or not, the J.P.R.Z. are the initials of my name, and that's all. I don't see any reason to be mixed up with someone else. :-?
just wanna tell u all that you can compress smart comperss using your spacedoubler :P
Yes, but if I compress first sCompress with sDoubler, then how I will compress later sDoubler with sCompress? :-? 😃

With new version 0.98, and another version of HantroCP, seems that I don't have problems anymore, but:

- some applications, e.g. ePsiNT.dll 😊, have common dlls in libs directory, and these are not compressed by sDoubler
- some applications, e.g. those from Handy suite, have databases in c: root and these files are not compressed.
- some files from midlets apps make sense to be compressed, e.g. I compressed everything from WebViewer with WinZip and the final file was 50k from 65k uncompressed, this means 75%, but it depends of how many bookmars one have in WebViewer, etc.

- The DLL issue is unfortunate, but since much of PsiLoc's software is system software and generally runs all the time, this isn't such a problem.

- I hate the way the files are in root, but the fact that they're not compressed makes me feel more comfortable knowing that at least the data is safe.

- How easy would it be to get sDoubler to interface with the Apps application? How would it know which Java app you have selected? Now if someone were to release an application that allowed me to organise Java apps into folders, I'd be impressed.

sdoubler is probably the best app for the 7650 as of yet! i've been using the trial and has not come accross any probs so far!

cheers for the nice work on this app!!! 😃

And how can I know the number of days that I have until the trial app expires?? What happen with the compressed apps when the trial expires??
I open SDoubler but I can not find anything about the number of days I have to use it...

I think its 20 days.
After the trial period you can still uncompress the apps/games on your
phone, but not compress. So it should be safe.

Hello Manowar,

Most of our applications has 21 days trial period (Space Doubler also).

Addititionally you will be warned 7 days before trial ends.

If Space Doubler expires, you still be able to run compressed applications, but without auto compress functionality.

BR,

Robert

Definitely the best app that I have come across for the 7650. Well done Psiloc, I have just received my ordered auth. code.
Grab this one guys, it's brilliant.

Great App.

Question, Why is it that whenever I use an application and then s2 will decompress it,...then I turn off the phone, the application is no longer compressed and you have to go to s2 again to compress it forcefully.

I think that it should always compress those applications previously compressed but is in use (so its uncompressed) before shut down.

Eh? Are you using the latest version? You just have to pack an application once. After that u just click on the application icon without going to sDoubler. It is impossible that the applications get unpacked when you switch off the phone!

Hey Muffy,

Here's the thing.

Run a compressed software (from its own menu icon)
...S2 will decompress it...
Without quiting the same application,

Turn off your phone.

Voila!!!

Well thats obvious and I dont see a problem there! When you run it it decompresses. When you tunr off the phone it still is decompresse like that you never compressed it. I dont really see a problem with that!

Yup there's no problem there. But the thing is, upon switching on of the phone, the icon of your application still indicates that it is compressed by S2 but its not anymore, right? What I would want is, if it indicates that it is compressed by S2, then upon exit of the same application, and it was opened without decompression, S2 should automatically compress it again.

have u guys try decompressing an apps then while it is open, decompress another apps ??

i think the sdoubler have some problem handling(decompressing) two or more apps that is compressed.

the scenario (software A and B is already compressed using Sdoubler):
when i decompress soft A. everything is fine
then, my itchy hand decompress soft B, it shows u the decompressing screen but then when it is completed, soft A is the one which is active.
then when u close soft A it re-compress(working fine).
but, when u click on the software B or look into the Sdoubler list .. u will find out that soft B is no longer compressed !

Yup, that has happened to me. I just did not remember how it happened. It will always show the last decompressed app. And then the other app, in your example, App B will not be decompressed anymore, and you have to go to S2 to compress it.

Hey Mikeeee, where you from? played a Mikeeee before in a Counter Strike destiny game.
