Hi guys,
feel free to register on our new upload-page which can be found here:
http://www.fotodock.com
Upload Images to your own image-folder or to the public shared folder.
We have a certificate now so that the upload will work with any 7650! But note: Donts use a WAP-GPRS-connection, use an internet-gprs-connection instead!
Any questions? [email protected]
That "7650 Configuration" page _could_ be a little better if it used only
1 language at a time 😃 😃 😃
Otherwise looking really great. registered already.

We are working on this feature and will inform you, as soon as this opition is avaluable.
I just get;
"Disconnected from server. try connecting again?"
This happened with my username and password, and with the public settings.

Please note that you cant use your WAP-Connection, a direct connection via csd, hscsd or gprs is needed to connect to the server. did you ever manage to upload a photo to the nokia photozone?
Definately not used WAP - I used a full internet connection (I've fallen for that one before 😊 )
I have no problems, works like a dream. 😃
Did not have to change any settings, just made a new photo upload account
to Fotodock.com
Hi Mr. projektil
it's cool!
Just finished uploading and it's fast...!! after uploading I quickly log-in to see if it's there...and yeah! it's there
😃
But.. have a question here...
1. from public folder, can I move it to private (and vice-versa)? If yes, how?
if cannot ....now the picture is in public .. can I delete it? want to change it 😞

Great 😃.
Grrr... can't create a new account
me too! can't create an account. i get an error creating account message. 😞
Good ! It's not just me then trying to do this 😞
Figured it might be because the server was trying to tell me I've got less than 7hrs kip ahaed of me before I'm sat at my desk in work and to hot-foot it off to bed...
Best I go methinks... I'll try creating an account again later today :-?
For me is not working, after trying many times. 😞 I got the message "Unable to connect to server". I used the settings for GPRS Internet. The settings I used can be found in the following page 😊, at Finland Radiolinja:
http://www.oplayo.com/support/FAQs/Wireless/about_access_points.html

please mail any problems to [email protected].

Zippy!! 😊
Account created, just got to wait til Jan'03 now before I can FTP the piccies up... There is NO WAY ON EARTH I am going to pay extortionate fees to Orange for their GPRS bundles...
I'd rather withdraw 20 notes from a cash point and set fire to them... 😮
GPRS has got to be made cheaper... :x

But uploading wont be cheaper, if you use FTP. Our uploader not only works with GPRS, you can also use CSD or HSCSD.

Eh? What is CSD? or I guess High Speed CSD? I only have Orange, Orange MMS and Orange GPRS on my 7650, of which, the GPRS is disabled (too expensive to use) and upon selecting just Orange to upload pics as per the settings on FotoDock, I can't make a connection to the server...
I'm guessing the plain vanilla Orange connection is some sort of WAP connection... I'm a total virgin to all this wap/gprs stuff you see 😉
ahh... an equivalent to GPRS is HSCSD, High Speed Circuit Switched Data.... Hmmm, sounds equally as expensive 😞
"With Nokia HSCSD, fast access to the Internet will become the norm. Other technologies, such as General Packet Radio Services (GPRS), will complement and enhance the value of HSCSD. There are applications for both circuit-switched and packet-switched world. For instance, if the user needs to make PSTN/ISDN connection (towards corporate modem pools), only HSCSD can be used. HSCSD is ideal for real-time applications and GPRS for "always connected" applications. For example, HSCSD connections provide "active" e-mail and file transfer, while GPRS will run in the background for wireless data networking."
