This thread included a poll: Is this a cool and better than the nokia-photozone?

that's too bad deathmonger. right now, GPRS in my phone network is still free but they'll start charging at the end of june. i'm just enjoying the free service to the fullest 😉

Can we check the site from the phone? Is there a wap address we have to go to?

Is there a way to upload your pictures with a bluetooth connection?

Fotodesk is working great and I can upload pictures with GPRS and even with a normal (analog) internet connection. BUT I want more 😊

With a 60 series browser, like Doris, you can surf on the internet with a (Doris) Bluetooth internet connection. (Gateway 0.0.0.0). This connection also works great to update your WorldMate weather for example. BUT it doesnt work with Fotodesk 😞

"GPRS unavailable" "No internet connection"

It would realy be great if this would work! Uploading with BT rocks! Please help...

I just read that Nokia is gonna stop with Photo Zone (here in the Netherlands and probably in some other countries too). They will continue till 31th of august. Just login club.nokia and see it for yourself.

As alternative they say they are gonna develop a service with Kodak.

This one:

This service realy ****** 😮ops: :-?

You cant upload picture from your phone only with a pc!

So If Photo Zone is gonna stop, we only have Fotodock left. Arent there other sites that provide the same services as Fotodock?

Anyway: PLEASE keep Fotodock alive! 😉

still won't work ... 😞

Hi!

Just discovered this, it's real neat and everything, just... it won't work on my 3650 even though fotodock.com says the phone is supported.

I double-checked the settings. What can I do?

Never mind... problems with the network. Works like a charm now that reception is better😊
i still can't mke it work...help...
Is your GPRS connection working?
Can you surf or email with the GPRS connection?
What is the error?

I can't connect to your service ... I get an error message that it's unable to connect to the server 😞 I checked the configuration 3 times and it's still not working. Very strange as I can connect to any other service.
Definately not used WAP - I used a full internet connection (I've fallen for that one before 😊 )
what's the difference between WAP and a full internet connection? Isn't the configuration supposed to take care of that ?

I can't upload help! 😞

hi! i have the same problem that u have and i'm also from the philippines.

have u solve yours already? Any help from smart minds ? pls....

You can only connect to fotodock.com using GPRS Internet. It will still cost though. Globe charges P0.25kb++/kb of data transferred. I suggest you just upload/download the photos to/from the PC the photos using PC Suite. Still is the cheapest way.

If you really must send a photo wirelessly. You may try sending it via MMS to your email address.

I wonder what happened to Fotodock. It seems they have abandoned the project. Too bad since its a great alternative with the lost of Photo Zone in Club Nokia.

Wow! I will register to the website.
Guys, how can you upload pictures to any FTP site without a need to use YFTP?

I have registered to a nice FTP site and it seems that I could not upload my pictures to it. It says, server not responding.

hi all. surfing the web, ive found another fotozone look-alike for my 3650. its still beta but already looking pretty promising. ive found its exactly what i was looking for. maybe you wanna check it out at www.zeec.net.
