Remember the "over 300 euro" they told me the two covers cost?
I called them and asked about the price again, ready to complain about it. They put me on hold, checked the pricelist and gave me a price of under 25 euro for both!!! Plus 15 for labour, if it is not covered by warranty!?!
I can only guess the first person who talked about over 300 could not read digits properly.. 😊
I would have gone there right away, but one of the two covers was out of stock... I hope they don't have another price when I get there!
By the way, I suppose the sliding mechanism is on the covers, right? I wouldn't want to change them and still have the two parts "loose"...
@petran i thought 300 sounded like a bit to much for plastic covers...but with Alpha copy (gr) EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED ..... after all these complaints this topic should be renamed to ALPHA COPY SUCKS!!!!! I got my phone upgraded and the dust cleaned up from under the screen at a NSC and 1 hour after my 7650 would have black outs after i opened the slider,i took it back and it works great....BTW ididnt pay a cent,the service is getting a little better cause i have left my 7110 for a upgrade 2 years ago and i got it back 2 months after!!!!SLACK (club nokia though)
Though it might sound strange,but AlphaCopy were very helpful,they were quite polite and completed my firmware upgrade in a mater of ours.
I'm starting to change my mind about them 😃
