every time I see a great movie I say it's the best cuz I forget the old one wich I tought was the best. for now two great movies that I've watched
are catch me if you can and gangs of new york (both with de caprio altough he sucks)

I know what you mean, but we humans are a fickle lot at the best of times.

he problem with my favourite movie is that I love it so much, I'm sometimes scared to watch it in case it loses some of its magic.

Am I weird or something?

Princess mononoke, Laputa, Macross plus-the movie, transformers-the movie, Totoro, Spirited Away, Robotech(series) :robot: , Porco Rosso, Akira, Grave of the fireflies  and much more.... 😃 😃 😃

:smilecolros: Hayao Miyazaki :smilecolros:

I have bought Braveheart special edition DVD but I never watched it. Because like you said, I don't want it to lose it's magic.
Some people may find it a waste of money 😉

i used to like Braveheart but after seeing it 10 times in one month(it was on HBO) god i hate the movie :x

Just one.... arrggh... can't make up my mind... 😮

Maybe Matrix. It was so surreal: 'this is not a spoon' or something, one of those deep philosophical thoughts...

Or maybe Fifth element, is was so crazy. Or Contact, cause made me wonder... Or maybe... ok, read the list I gave you. Impossible to give just one 8)

Besides all Star treks were missing on my list, I should add them. Gosh how many were there? Six? So now my list went up to 16... 😊

there can be only one 8)

I remember when I came out from the movie theater after Matrix, I had a feeling that I didn't need to worry about cars hitting me or anything. 'There are no cars' 8) I'm glad I snapped out of it before anything hit me...

i just saw it too and it was good but not the best movie i've ever seen 😮

I probly dont want to admit to some of this, but even so...

I wouldn't say I have a favourite films, but some near the top would be:

[list][*]Lawrence of Arabia
[*]The Shawshank Redemption
[*]Bond Films Golden Eye (for the opening scene) and The World is not Enough (for the line: "I'm Looking for a submarine, its big, its black and the driver is a very good friend of mine"😉
[*]Between the Lines
[*]The Longest Day (and some other war films like Dambusters, Navik etc)
[*]Elizabeth and some others of this type e.g. Mrs. Brown [it something like that anyway].
[*]Star Wars and Star Trek Films (Yes I'm a SciFan fan)
[/list:u]

More later 😊
