7650 upgrade in Greece

Does anyone of you, guys knows a Nokia Service center in Thessaloniki,Greece where they the latest firmware as well as the hardware (and skills) to upgrade my phone, and they can do it quickly (let's say in less than an hour, but not neccessarily that quickly).

When I had some problems with my 7650 ("Start up Failed! Contact your retailer" message) I have sent it to my local NSC (I live in Neapoli to be more specific). They send it too italy and they took them more than a month to fix it. So I doubt they have the hardware to make the upgrade, and I don't want to loose my phone again (for a long time).

So guys where have you upraded your phone?

When I was in Greece and my phone had a problem, they did send it to Thessaloniki. So there has to be a NSC that can do pretty much anything. Why dont you call Aplha Copy or something to tell you where to go? Or your local Club Nokia might know more details!

Go to NSC located at I. Dragoumi 39 or 36 (don't remember exactly), it's beyond Egnatia. They do upgrade to 4.39, and they usually do a complete backup. I was very satisfied... 😃

I doubt they sent it to Italy for just an upgrade!! They could have sent it to Athens NSC for that (or even most Club Nokias), in the worst case.. Maybe it needed a level-X service which cannot be provided in Greece.. btw, up to what level service do they provide in greece?? 😃

Well they told me that they send it to to the centrals (that's maybe in Athens) and after one weak they told me it was in Italy. The phone was not upgraded. The version was the same (3.16) but it was another phone with the same cover.
(different IMEI)

Anyway many thanks guys...
I really apreciate your help

I wish you not to have the same problems I had with your phone and the support of the NSC, because then you won't laugh...
