Hello,
The Nokia website says the 5800 has 81MB of memory in the phone for user data, and 128MB of SDRAM.
So how can I tell how much RAM is free at any given time? (as opposed to phone memory)
(I only want to know as I'm a geek!)
Cheers

Install Handy Taskman available from here
http://my-symbian.com/s60v3/software/applications.php?faq=1&fldAuto=132
there is a version for the 5800 included in the download works fine and shows you the free ram I have around 50mb out of the 120mb free.
Thanks for that - I didn't realize I'd need additional software, I thought maybe I just couldn't find it in the user guide...
