odd~ it comes up at "Nokia 3650" when using a PC IR (when i sent fotoz to laptop by clicking SEND via IR).. isn't this a firmware issue?
I lifted my keypad and coloured it blue on the translucent rubber - looks just the same now!!
hmph. not mai fault the idiots who flashed mai phone put their warranty seal so it covers the casing (i can't pull the casing off...) make me jealous i can't take it off.

N3650 is well and truely available in australia! Optus has started advertisements on TV for people to come and try the phones at any Optus Shop! yay
shame that i can't get mine till the 19th 😞 i'm getting it through Mobile Stop as they are ALOT cheaper and they said they won't have it until the 19th :x

But for the upgrade firmware you must have a warranty from INTOUCH or other NOKIA distributor i guees( not sure for the other nOKIA distributor but sure for INTOUCH is all freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee)

You should try hipcam if you want sound too - it's great.
More options than built in cam.
Can only record on the phones memory at the moment thou I think, hope they fix it soon or update the builtin software to include sound!

Hi guys and gals. Can anyone tell me if you've noticed that the screens of some of your 3650s are a bit yellowish in colour compared to others? A friend of mine has another 3650 and it's whitish-white when compared side-by-side my yellowish-white screen. Also checked with another friend's 7650 and his screen's white is purer than mine. Contrast levels are set the same throughout all comparisons, even with Xpress-On covers taken off.
Pls give me your thoughts, before I bring this up at the Nokia Service Centre for a one-on-one exchange (or potentially embarrass myself!). Unit just purchased a week ago, authorised Avaxx dealer.
I look forward to contributing much to this forum. Well, albeit my first post being a bit nitpicky and out-of-place, I admit!

LOL, answering my own question *doh*. Did a lil bit of research and found this thread. Still not happy, I'll be at Nokia's Care Centre's doorstep first thing in the morning to solve the issue with my yellowish backlight!
Other issues:
1) Can't send files via IrDA from iPAQ to 3650 - fixed (used Peacemaker Pro 1.13 for PPC). Bluetooth will work, though. My 3rd party mobile apps for PPC (MonkeyMessenger, mPhone, SmartGSM, RunningVoice GSM, Sunnysoft PhoneManager, IA PhoneManager) ALL still has no support for the 7650/3650 :roll:
2) Can't send files via Bluetooth from 3650 to iPAQ - still unfixed, Always get the message 'Sending failed (!)" Tried almost all file types from images to sounds to plain .txt files, etc. Still nothing. Anyone else experiencing this?
BTW, I'm currently running firmware 2.50.
