Yep that's something I forgot to mention - there is a "Make the icons sLauncher compatible" option as well 😊

hi, how did you find out LM belonged to launcher? i thought it was part of the photographer 202 program as i heard talks there was this extra thing the developers put in so it couldn't be cracked, but i never had the guts to delete it as it said it would stop other apps from running.

what would happen if i deleted it?

Hi Guys,

Thought you might like to share the new line of skins I've made.
Bearing in mind my last post, I have taken bits from here, bits from there and added new pieces to make them.
So thank you to whoevers bits I used (oh er!), am confident I didn't use any copyrighted items. Well, as long as microsoft aint looking 😊

Just as a side observation, when I removed that LM file from the apps Photographer didn't no longer work. Is this the case or am I doing something wrong Aefox?
You are correct in that the fone runs quicker without it. Though having said that I re-installed it after Smart Launcher and it appears to be just a quick still switching pages. Anyone else noticed this to?

coolice, if you were referring to aefox's original post before he edited it, he realised it wasn't to do with slauncher but for photographer instead. =]

Hi NK8,

Yeah I saw that, wondered why Launcher worked ok after it's removal. It wasn't until I went to use Photographer after seeing the updated thread that it became apparent. Shame but phone appears ok with it reinstalled after Launcher is or maybe that could be to do with the new version.

@AEFOX,the decent thing after your experiment that was not a raving success i might add would've been to post some kind of a warning about what your tweak would do so that people that have applied it might now what happened.

How did you guys take a screenshot of your phone? I have a 3650 and Fexplorer keeps telling me to press "ABC" + "Space(0) Key to capture but I'm holding both 2 and 0 and nothing happens. What gives?

Also I'm working on a skin by the usual beginners way: modifying an existing skin by making a new background and send it to the phone and applying to the skin. But are there ways to edit the skn file itself with Photoshop so that all the components can be put in at once? (icons/masks/background) Or do I have to send each component to the phone separately and apply them one at a time? And how do I get a skn file at the end?

I'm eager to learn! :fadein:

Yeah i think on the 3650 the 'ABC' button is the little one on the left with the pencil on.

Maybe someone could confirm this (7650 and 9210i user)

You are correct.

To take a screenshot with FExplorer and a 3650, you must push Pencil + 0.

Yes j2k is coorect: On the 3650 pressing the pencil button and space (0) did the trick for FExplorer. But the screenshots crop off the bottom where the buttons are. Could anyone recommand a better screenshot utility or how to fix this in FExplorer?

at the moment, in app manager, it says i have 1108 left, but in launcher, it says i have 1.8 left. i've worked it out that the app manager is correct. any ideas what's wrong

Well after changing the ini of the launcher (copying the ini from phone to pc, editing it with a hex editor ("launcher" on top) and copying the ini back to the folder, nothing happens. If i check the ini again the programm changed the line back to launcher!

Any ideas

Hey guys,

Thanks Evobit, I had the exact same problem. Was reading threads and seeing that people had already changed it. So I got a Hexeditor, changed it, sent it back to the fone then nothing.
Was feeling very dissappointed that I couldn't do it. Had heard they were going to put it into the launcher software itself but didn't see it there. Thanks, now feel much better.
