Yes it does. This is a strnage decision on the part of Orange.

Not famliar with Orange UK, do they have good customer service / support. If it is indeed so then perhaps they decided that with too many bugs this phone is not supporteable up to their standards.... just musing.

Hello guys...

Does the Nokia 3650 has several bugs? Can you name some please? My phone went down and it was just 1month old

Hmmm...

Spontaneous rebooting.
Memory leaks (unconfirmed but suspected)
Bluetooth issues.

To name just the obvious ones.

Hmmmm, good Customer Support and Orange UK...nope, never heard those words in the same sentence.... 😉

Well in a way its made my options simpler as I'm currently with Orange. If they had released the 3650 when it 1st came out I would probably have upgraded to it with them and waited for a new communicator device. Now several months on my ageing 9210 is beggining to look like its on its last legs. I need a new phone and will either go with the SX1 or D700 depending on what comes out first. My preference is slighlty for the D700 as I prefer the flip format however I'm not prepared to wait. I will take out a contract with whichever network provider releases the device first. I doubt that this will be Orange so will probably be saying good bye to them 😉

I'll probably still get a new comminicator if and when they come out, even if I have to pay for it outright.

The new spv-x is coming out soon, I think it shall probably be released at the start of July.

I was speaking to Orange today, the upgrade guy said that they all had been trained on the phone. He had thought it had passed testing he was a shocked as me that they were not releasing the phone (answer the question on customer services as well! The customer know before the Orange workers do!) I think this may be a promotion for the SPV, god knows it needs it.

Also another strange thing, I think the phone was released for one day last week and then was taken off sale. Another woman I was speaking to said this was due to bad feedback for the phone.

Orange have been far to slow to release phones in the, so I think I am going to jump ship as well, unless any one has a cheap second hand one they want to sell : )

I'm on orange and i've never had any problem with them, when i want help i phone them up and talk to someone and its done in a couple of miniutes, compared to t-mobile customer services, where you go through loads of programed meues to talk to someone who can't even tell what phone you are using, or any of your details.
