hey ppl since n-gage will be launched on oct. 7, whts the official date for launch of 6600? today i got hold of a p800 cheap price i was very tempted but i dint get it. so if its close then ill wait for 6600 wht else. ne dates yet ?

The release date is also Oct. 7th here in Spain. So far I've seen no sign of either Vodafone, Movistar od Amena releasing a pack or whatsoever with this phone.
Voda UK told me October 26th
I Danish web-shop now states: "Nokia release is set to 17. October"
My ordrer i Norway now has 10. October as delivery date, but 17th also would be nice.....

Just called Voda UK again and been told it has been brought forward a couple of days to Oct 23rd.

exactly. expansys is sellin it for 530 app. thts around Rs. 24000 for me. so i am not spendin nething more than 25000 in my currency. cuz in 2 months time it will be in bad shape price wise. does not make sense gettin high price phones.
That is the price without tax.So calculate the tax and see what the final price is.And its probably US only,which means cheaper then in Europe.
yea i guess so. but in my country phones dont come in tax and shit stuff like that. it comes faster in the black mart. so 600$ is more than enough to give for it. cuz in 6-8 months again nokia will come back with a better model than 6600 and then we will have more new treads bout those. so cant b bothered. u still on a 7650 ghostdog.
Went into a UK Vodafone shop today and they said they had just completed the presntation on it and it was more likely to be mid-late November. I find this odd as it is in their October brochure without any "Coming Soon" just a "New".
I hope it is still on course for 23rd October.

Yes I am still using my 7650 but right now,I'm in the process of acquiring an N-Gage a p900 and a Pocketop Wireless keyboard 😉
wolvesfanette in my country i am also expecting it to come in november as well. oct. is just too early i guess. bsides the first stock of nokia is always bad and also here in the black mart. its comin for $999 and i am oh not so spending that much on it.

I will be buying them.Even testers have to return prototype models after they've finished testing.
Ghostdog, I sympathise, that stinks!! I always thought prototypes were for promotional purposes and therefore were given to raise sales in shops, forums and general talking about it etc.

560 euro is a lot to pay for a phone that will be prehistoric after 8 months. or so i feel. wht i might do is get a 3650 now use it for 6 months and then get 6600, prices should be on the road lol.
