Why get pre historic in 8 months? And why would you buy a phone in 6 months and have your "new" phone considered pre historic in 2 monthes? what's the logic??
I have my 7650 since Jul 02, and it still rocks! I'm not expecting to change my 6600 before 2005, and only if the 3g is fully operational.
I just wanna get back to the original topic: any more news on the release for 6600?

Most companies in UK say sometime this week, but they are edging towards "may be Friday now..." which may mean next week.
if the phone hasn't been released yet by NOKIA.
How can VODAFONE release it soon ? Surely it takes time to customize the phones with the VODAFONE icon and load details of VODAFONE live ?
Or do NOKIA do this for VODAFONE at the factory ?

there have been numerous test models avaialbe so vodaphone have the implementation down to a T most likely. furthermore they probably have x number of phones already which have been customised and ready for relase. that is what i suspect anyway.
what concerns me is that nokia used to announce as a press release that model xxxx has been shipped. At least that happened with 7650, 3650, 6650, ngage...
but not with all the phones, though...
well there was a guy from nokia finland goin shop to shop interviewing ppl bout nokia phones. i just got to see a 6600 replica😞 . dint tell me when it was comin out either. not much but i wanted to tell ya all neways . oct. end i cant wait already.
I think it will like the 7650 here in Spain. Nokia said it will be released the 4rth Quater 2003. I could see it in the stores in early december, by 5th or 6th. I'll wait until then to get mine!
not comin b4 november or early december i guess. the n-gage and 6220 arrived today in the gray market today. no sign of nokia official having it.
Jesal,the N-Gage was released world wide on the 7th of Ocotber.I checked my local Nokia(Nokia,like Nokia,not CPW or Phones4u) shop and it was there,344 euros.Shame about the price.
i know n-gage is out but in my country its not official yet. grey price here is $400. no warrenty and no bill either.
so what is gonna be availble first ?

whts the firmware problem exactly thats delaying the launch. ppl say its got a lot of problems goin on. if it does then how will they fix it in so lil time and if they start sellin like that its gonna be ppl complainin bot the phone. now i really wonder if the phone is even gonna come by december. october is just too early since the phone is so messed up. WE are the only ones who are gonna suffer havin a shit phone then. dunno wht these ppl are upto. im plannin in to go for a 7250i for a while. tell me ppl if i shud not get that plz. thx a lot. yea i guess rumours will be there. wht bot tht dude acscriba or something from australia i think was goin on tht he got one and told he wanted a week to play around with it. he bloody dint even get 1 pic of the phone online. whtever he tried doin was very DUMB shall i say. where are the pics man. ne more new sites with pics and stuff. thts the only way to get close to a 6600 lol.

which part dint u get of mine sahli ? neways i played with the ngage today. also got to toy with nokia's observation camera, the new bluetooth of nokia (the wire one) dont remember the number of it now and also the radio for series 40 phones like 6100 & 6108. pretty cool gadgets. i liked the new BT by nokia for sure. still now news for the 6600, expected only by november now. i lost hope. wht the heck im gettin a 7250i for a while.
