hi, i`m new here, and i have a proble with a N70, my yahoo messenger is not working, when i go write the app is closeing, whitout to appear an error

I had exactly the same problem, mate, not only with Yahoo! Go, but with any other messenger. You have the old 2.0536 firmware, isn't it? Update your firmware with NSU and then try it again. Do a backup on your memory card before updating. More details about the FW update on the dedicated forum

afte i take the fw update, my ygo works, and today my ygo stop working,
it is conecting and after "updating list" is closing
someone can explain me?

Hi ppl
The latest version of the Nokia S/W updater or rather the firmware updater is not working..... The application crashes everytime it is started.... Trying to use older versions of the S/W is of no use as a message from the updater insists on installing the new version for usage.

Are any of u facing the same problem?
If there are any patches to this problem pls post the patch.

my nokia N70 phone went into offline mode after it fell into water, its coming on but can not get out of the offline mode, can any one be of help pls

If it fell into the water :frown: sorry, but the surest thing and the safest is to go right away to a service store, because u can risk doing more sever damage if you stay and wait for it to recover.

Now it's my turn to ask for help. i have an n70 up to date with the firmware 5.0638.3.0.1 18-09-06 RM-84. Yahoo go doesn't work any more :frown: i tried one i found on dc++ 1.56 or something like that and when i try to sign in messenger stops and does nothing and says that i have to check my APN settings. Then i tried the new 2.0 and gives me this error: found last widget, internal error, pls restart again. and i did restart like 3-4 times. I don't know what to do anymore.

On it i installed FsCaller 3.03 cracked, sometimes it gives a little bug the background from the name and number goes up to the middle of the picture.

SmartMovie 3.21 cracked i have no problem yet with it.

FExplorer 1.14b cracked the same no problem yet.

CallRecorder 1.03 cracked. no problem

BestDictaphone 1.04 cracked. no problem.

If you know any softwares that work better than this, pls do tell. And if you can recommend some other soft pls do, but mainly pls help with the issue presented above. Thanks.

Hi, I'm new member.

I have bought N70, and put 1 gb RS MMC DV. According to another forum, as long is not filled until 70% of the capacity, it's still OK.

I only fill about 300mb, of capacity 979mb(1gb), but i feel very long to startup or going to the menu, compare to my old phone n3230 with 512mb that i had sold.

my firmware

Is it the latest firmware?
How about firmware n70 music edition? Is it the same?
I have download the latest pcsuite 6.83, it has menu to update firmware?
Has anyone tried the process?

How many software maximum installed on N70?and still have fast interaction?
The java games, why some of them have frame rate problem?

I have tried ngage games on n70, I have the game from my friend that had QD. There are more smooth than java games.

SymSMB v.1.10 cracked, unsighned, worked just fine, for a while!
Mosquitos v.2.0 also cracked .... same story.

Month later have received huge bill (78.56 $USD) for text messages
that phone sent to premium rate numbers in the Netherlands and United Kingdom without my knowledge.

Called my phone wireless provider, they asked me to bring my phone to them.
Next day got call from them, was told that in that cracked unsighned copy of application and in game Mosquitos (v.2.0 also cracked one) exist special code that doing all this messaging stuff. They have told me that I am not the first one with the same problem.
They pointed out for me that they do have special warning on web site about it. Well, now I noticed this too. 😞

Sure enough, Mosquitos was uninstalled as I could survive without any game on my phone.
But I get used to have file sharing form Symsmb too much. So, installed official trial version Symsmb, downloaded directly from telexy.com and with some help from my wireless provider got all messages from my phone forwarded to wireless provider special account for safety and observation reasons. Month latter have received my new phone bill, all clean.

Was able to negotiate with my wireless provider that I will pay only 33.3 % of that initial amount.
That after dozens Emails and endless phone calls and hours of "Please continue to hold, you call is important to us.."

Ironically enough, a few days ago noticed that with some Promotion Code
I could get an official version of exact version of that application for coffee cup price $5.98 instead of regular 20 $USD.

So, at this point as I have saved already $52.34 from from original 78.56 ... 😊 ....
paying only 6 bucks ... piece of cake, right? ... even some money left after whole ordeal... 😊

Conclusion?
- Download soft only from developer sites directly!

hello friends,

i want my n70 desktop view full. that is i want panes behaind the clock on upper side screen, invisible . so that if i put any wall paper or picture, it should appear on all the screen.:icon2: i know it is possible in several themes but it limits to that particular theme's wallpaper only. i would like to clarify that i :icon13: dont want the full screen caller software. but the software which can meet my above requirement.

i will appreciate:tongue: freeware

I have Nokia N70 Firmware V5.0646.2.0.3 RM-84. i had installed a java based software Datetoday in which furture & past date calculations are done, but after few day i am unable to use it when ever i select an option to calculate any date the program exit by itself. Same problem exists with the Java dictionaries i had installed on my Nokia N70
The java dictionaries that i use are i) sun complete english dictionary, ii) business dictionary & glossary. When ever i try to search any word the program exit's by itself. Kindly help me out of this problem, how can i make these programs work on my Noka N70.

If possible pls PM me for the solution

Hi guys! I have an N70 ME edition phone (with latest firmware). For those of you who are having problems with SymbianWare, Rock Your Mobile!, or SmartphoneWare applications in your phone, try removing SmartMovie (mine was version 3.12).

When I did this, all apps were working fine (such as AppMan, Stacker, Best Notes). Hope this helps.

ive just downloaded picodrive for my N70 (with latest firmware and all that), and installed the V 0.16.0 version on to my phone. I saw early on in this post it reported as working, but all I get is a quartersize image in green and purple. Is this all I can expect from this dead project or am I doing something wrong.
