N70 - Working- / Non working software

hello guys!

i am new to this site and i think you guys can help me in solving my problems!!!

i need your urgent help in solving my nokia N70 phone!

I have just updated the anti virus software which is in the phone.
After finishing updatation of antivirus, i got the following message "Restart the phone".
I try to switch off the phone but it failed. I pressed the switch off button but there is no affect. (i.e. nither the phone switch off not i can cancel the message".
so i finally removed the battery and put it back. Switch ON the cell and i saw "NOKIA" letter displayed on the cell screen. this letter remain all the time....phone pade is not responding!!!

could anyone can help me in solving the problems?????

I use the phone for 2 years and I have all the normal

I installed some games(hd pricisely ) in my n72 bt can't find them among my apps bt i see them in the application manager. Pls help me out.
