Hi Dez,
Did you upgrade your N80 to N80ie using these ;
EMEA 15.00 Package:
http://www.megaupload.com/es/?d=ZTNNMFKD
EMEA 15.01 Update:
http://www.megaupload.com/es/?d=NHV66BID
If so, do you flash version 15.00 on first then update to 15.01 by reflashing?
Any UK code for using NSU?
I found a bug in my newly flashed N80. i recently flashed my normal N80 to the N80 IE APAC V4.0632.0.38 and i realised that on certain occasion when i click on the WLAN scanner on the active standby, a system error pops up and i have no choice but to restart my phone. the system error has popped up 3 times so far, out of the 15 times i scanned for a WLAN network, 3 times this message has appeared. anyone can shed any light on this matter?
other than that, the new FW is stable and WLAN connection seemed alot faster compared to my N80 with the 'normal' firmware. my fonts have gotten slightly slimmer, new menus such as the internet folder, and previously i could not have FOTA due to it being operator locked, now i have it readily available.

If you ran both files BEFORE flashing your N80, then you will have 15.01
Dez, sorry working blind , ill install both of the files this evening and do the flash.
At last VOIP functionality 😊

Yes Euro1 is best for UK.
You can choose the UK CV variant if you have installed the 15.01 update package but if you do you can't switch between 'silent' & 'general' profiles by holding down # (as I found out:con?) however that is a minor problem.
could somebody please upload the files to Rapidshare.com.....I cant seem to download from megauploads
Thanks
whats the main difference between the bronze/stainless/pearlblack versions? im talkin about the firmware, not about the different colors the phone comes in ;x
Looks like there are a few other improvement in the firmware, including the camera, can anybody who has updated to N80i test the cam to see if there actually is an improvement
cheers

If the mode won't change leave your sim card in, then flash as normal, don't do it when you are expecting a phone call though.
thanks, but i stil wasnt using the version of phoenix i was suppose to be using, so hopefully i can get the new phoenix installed correctly and we'll see what happens, anybody get it installed correctly?
cash, do you have any dongle cracks or any way of getting that phoenix installed, im havin no luck with the old dongle crack.

I used the 2006.34.2.156 version, uninstall the old version etc and then reinstall the new version following the instuctions in BB5 Reaper.
Worked fine for me, although as I stated before you may need to leave the sim card in if the mode won't change.
My N80 flashes with sim card out, but my brothers N80 will only flash with it in
thanks im following the bb5 guide now, unisntalling all the old crap first, i flashed the first time with sim card out, so i dunno.
