v12 seems a little better at holding on to a WiFi signal. Still very poor, though. This is my main disappointment with the N95. Also disappointed that the "home network" still appears to serve no useful function.

At the risk of appearing very annoying, mine has been brilliant with the WiFi.
But then I've got a Belkin 802.11(pre-)n router - which is pretty pokey.

update is availible for my N95 now but when it try to update i get this error message " error in internal module" then i can only exit the program :con?
anyone seen this before?

This can happen when you install NSU and a file called 'XML4.DLL' doesn't install properly.

It can be fixed by manually registering the .dll file.

Go to START menu > RUN > and type 'regsvr32 C:\WINNT\system32\msxml4.dll' in the box then > OK > OK

That should do it.

NSU has problems with some security software.
TEMPORARILY disable your firewall and anti-virus before launching NSU
Remember to enable them again after the FW flash
