Hi guys first post here.

Would just like to say sweet forum here, loads of stuff to keep eveyrone busy.

This light saber thingy is cool, works a treat.

Thanks

Nad

Hmmmm, interesting. Since what seems to be, the upgrade to latest f/w I cant get lightsabre to start at all... installs fine, and I have the app in the app folder all nice and stuff... but the centre button doesnt start the app??

Anyone ideas??

Mine is working fine and I am using the latest firmware.

I don't seem to have the hang of making it clash etc on quick movement or flick - is there a nack to this?

Also, is there a way to stop the keypad locking when closing the lightsabre (I don't mean existing the app, just when the slider is pulled down)?

Thanks

Superb!

My Missus says I have now completely transcended the notion of a tosser after catching me brandishing it (the Light Sabre I mean). Best result I could hope for really.

Couldn't incorporate a stun gun feature could it?

 ooops, that was it...

last firmware install I already had that from the bouncing ball app.... didnt think to reinstall it...

Cheers seki

Seems a lot more sensitive compared to last version. Still find myself swinging my phone around, when bored in the office.

saber colour and flash control please. i know that some people might not be able to handle the flashing images.

hi Graham,

I just installed 1.4. Or so I think. The sis-file says 1.4, but about menu tells me it is 1.3. Is this right? Or am I doing something wrong here.

Also can't get it to hit with a sudden movement.
Where can I adjust the sensitivity? Or is this not in yet at all.
I'll keep practicing...

Regards

Bert

mines the same.... the help still says v.1.3 but when I install it says '1.4 already exisit, do you want to replace' so I guess its a type inthe help file?

The icon is there in the application folder, but when I click on it, or select and open - nothing happens!

I was having this problem and then installed it to the phone mem- problem solved!

omg i need a reality check - 47yrs old and here i am waving my phone around my bedroom in the dark lol :embarasse

Are smoother longer movements better or shorter faster movements to get it to perform at its best?

well my partner said she loved it , but back to the light-sabre now, I dont kow about previous versions, I was just commenting that I had installed it and it was working fine, as I know others have had problems with the operation.

The light sabre app is good fun, but I just hate swinging my phone around making violent gestures and snappy movements. I don't like to treat my phone like that... 😉

Plus, I have visions of my phone coming to the same fate some Wii controllers have when people get carried away!

My friend works for Sky and he knows of some customers that have actually managed to throw their Wii controls through their HDTVs. Actually broke the screen 😮

Anyways back to rotateme, the fate of all N95s hehe...

I just dont get that... how do you let go of it... unless you got ultra sweaty hands maybe?? And with enough force to crack the TV ?? DAMN!

You will be suprised how heavy handed people can get; if I only I had the pictures to show 😮

the batteries make the WiiMote really heavy, if you are playing bowling then i can see it go, and the fact that the wrist straps that Nintendo supplied were crap and snapped under strain

Any news on the next version of the LightSabre app.

I still think there are some sensitivity issues as it sometimes tries to play 2 sounds on certain movements..

Looking forward to v1.5
