Anyone ordered from hk-mobile.com?
Yeah, I've been waiting since July so a day or two more won't make much difference.

The main annoyance is that my partner lost her mobile the weekend before last and I said "don't bother buying a new one. My P800 will be here in a few days and you can have my old one".

I suppose I should have known better!
That's my problem to, I was a second from selling my current mobile, pyyyh 😊

I suggest you forward Daniel the Address of this forum. Once he sees what's going on he'll probably try to move a litle faster.

Anyone received any emails from them today?

This is about the time I got the last email from Daniel yesterday, but haven't had a single email today.... 😞

I have recived 2 emails from him today, and I can understand of what we write me that he is really sorry for what's going on and afraid of this makes their company look bad, witch it does.

Well, my p800 is still in customs. I guess it must be really good and the customs officials are having a good time with it.
DHL would follow-up with customs and get things moved through quickly, but the Hong Kong Post service seems to be just a normal mail service.

KoRn,

If you don't mind me asking, when did you receive them? I haven't had anything at all and I sent him an email early this morning (9am UK time).

I assume like me your phone hasn't been dispatched yet?

I really need to know where I stand at the moment.

I'm going to work on the basis that if he isn't responding to our e-mails, it's because he's working flat out to get our phone's to us (and yes, I do live in a dream world).

I'm currently working on the basis that I'm going to have to explain why a phone that was supposed to be demo'd to my peers at work hasn't materialised, despite the fact I ordered it a week ago with 2-3 day delivery.

I seriously wouldn't mind if I was just told when I ordered it that there would be a 1 week+ delay, but I was told it would probably be shipped on Saturday, but more likely Monday. It wasn't. I was told that someone was going to go down to the Post Office with my phone on Monday. They didn't. I was told that someone would instead go down to the P.O on Tuesday. They didn't.

It's hard to remain optimistic the 3rd time you're told that someone will personally take your phone down to the P.O to get dispatched.

First was 9:21 am (Copenhagen time) and second was 04:30 pm (Copenhagen time)

And no, my phone is still in Hong Kong as your's.

And I am sorry to hear about the demo 😞

Bassey >> I think/hope so too 😊

What does everyone think is the best means to get all of our p800,s

1.)We can keep call the contact numbers that are provided on the website untill they give us some info that is usefull.
2.)ask for refunds and see if they give it to us so we can buy elsewheere.
3.)give them one more day.
4.)send a complaint through paypal or tell them that they will so we can get some real information.

Let me know what you guys think because we are all in the same boat. If we decide to do someting together maybe we can get this all resolved.

I belive we will get ur p800's, it just gonna take a few more days.

But if I don't get an tracking number before friday, then I will really get some action out of this.

Update:

Just spoke to Daniel on the phone and he told me that Jason took the phone(s) (he did say phones so Im guessing several are there - fingers crossed) to FedEx today and that they are in the process of filling out the Customs clearance forms, etc.

He said that they would get back to me (us) with the tracking numbers very soon.

Hopefully that will be tomorrow HK time.

So, some good news at least.

Your phone is still in customs ? That's probably a bad side, I didn't even ear of mine going through the customs...
Although that was in France, not Spain.

endap800 - what time did you receive your email with the tracking number? Would be helpful to know just so I don't end up expecting it to arrive all day. It's now 5pm in Hong Kong by my watch 😞

...and still no email with a tracking number. :x

Anyone else get an email with a tracking number telling them their order had been shipped? KoRn? Bassey?

Because Daniel wrote this yesterday:

"We are shipping phones today (in the process) we are going according to the order in which we received the phones"

And that would be phones ordered last weekend (not the weekend that just was, but the one before) and monday will get their orders shipped first, then our orders will be shipped from thursday.

I don't know if it's so, but it seems logical to me, so our phones should be shipped tommorow.
Ah, thats good news.

I wont give him another ring tonight then.

Thanks for that info. 😊
Np, should have mentioned it yesterday, but I forgot.

But well, it should be shipped tomorrow, and LATEST friday. But my guess is tomorrow.

To be fair, it's probably for the best. If it arrived on Valentines day I'd be bound to spend all day setting it up and playing around with it and I doubt that would go down too well with the other half!

Cheers for the updates people.

Yeah. It's a bit of a shame though to pay a high premium for a phone, to get it before other people when it looks as if it will be released on Orange on Monday 17th, in the UK anyway.

Ah well. Im still gonna cross my fingers for tomorrow. 😊

All the people I know, are stil using non coulor old Nokia phones, when I got my T68i they was like "WOOOOOOW", then I got Orange SPV and the go again "WOOOOOOW", now imagine what they would say about the P800 ? 😉

I was going to buy my P800 from www.mobilejoker.de or www.cyberport.de and I'm glad I didn't because they STILL keep moving the ship date. It currently stands at 27th Feb.
At this stage, only seeing is believing.
