Did you select Symbian, then Mobile Shell, then Download Trial (above the blue box containing "Purchase $29.95"😉 ?
When I do that I get v3.7.
There was no messing about with licences either, my existing licence for 3.5 just worked without any prompts/questions.

matthewrleech , nah... I went from their own press release, which despite being about Symbian and 3.7, managed to take me to the windows version! brilliant. 😉
Anyway, I have imageexchange installed too and now when I go to change my background pic, it loads all of my images and my contacts!!!
Hmm, I installed of course the trial version, since I couldn't find any upgrade-download, and now it says "unregistered"....
I installed same and havent got a problem (on X6 tho)
and one tried this over SPB
